Like or Dislike? Reason?

After a long time of reading "When my name was Keoko", I felt like I really like this book. The reason that this book hooked me because it has many incredible scenes that can make us visualize an image in our mind. After all, I really love the part when Korea got their freedom back. I could feel how joyful they were when they finally got their country back. And also, there was a scene that show the training of Tae-yul. I used the strategy called visualizing and I visualized that Tae-yul was working really hard because he wants to prove to the Japaneses that Koreans aren't cowards.

Strategy: Visualizing

While I was reading Keoko, I used my strategy called Visualizing. I visualized the scene when Tae-yul began to fly the airplane and being the pilot the first time in his life, I felt like the wind was blowing because of the plane. I also visualized a bunch of people standing and waving their hands to say good luck to those soldiers.

The story was about four sisters and their names are Skye, Jane, Rosalind and Batty. They suddenly found themselves staying on a beautiful estate called Aundrel. They met a boy named Jeffrey and all five of them suddenly became best friends. But Mrs.Tiffon, Jeffrey's mother, doesn't really like The Penderwicks' sisters because they were all naughty and they always messing around near her house. So Mrs. Tiffon said to Jeffrey that he can't play with those sisters anymore, which made Jeffrey being confused. One day, when Mrs.Tiffon was out of the house, Jeffrey ran away from home to visit The Penderwicks' sisters. When Jane, one of the four Penderwicks'sisters, was very surprised because Jeffrey ran away from home to visit them. Unfortunately, Mrs.Tiffon came by and she saw Jeffrey was playing around with The Penderwicks. She shouted at the four Penderwicks to stay away from her son or else, they will never see Jeffrey again. Jeffrey was very angry about his mother at that period so he explained out loud to his mother why did he run away from home but it seemed to be useless. So, there wasn't a happy ending.
